It illustrates the connections between cellular processes, oncogenes, and tumor suppressor genes. It is Figure 2-38 in The Right Graph: A Manual for Technical and Scientific Authors by Kirkham and Dumas (a former student she mentioned proudly). It is from Wiley and the ISBN is 978-0-4704/547-5 It has been recently available at several large universities' oncampus bookstores, so you may be able to find it in such a place.
