I've been asked to come up with a behaviour policy/procedure that the library staff can use when tacking difficult situations.
 
The staff here all handle student behaviour differently. Some staff feel that bad language can be addressed by having a quiet word while others feel they should be asked to leave.
 
What I'm hoping to get is a policy that we can all use without being over the top with the students.
 
 Does anyone have a policy/procedure that you could let me have or is there any suggestions?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
