Lectureship in Comparative Literature

Applications are invited for the full-time, ongoing post of Lecturer in Comparative Literature. The appointee will be expected to convene and teach modules at undergraduate level in Comparative Literature and to add a complementary specialism to existing teaching provision. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research culture within Comparative Literature and to the Centre for Modern European Literature at Kent.
 
The successful candidate will have teaching experience at undergraduate level combined with outstanding research potential, demonstrated by publications. Applications are sought from candidates who will have a proven research record of international calibre within any field of European Comparative Literature in the period 1750 to the present day and have well-developed plans for further research and publication commensurate with experience.
