Hello, I am using TBSS to run some analysis and I have a quick question related to the usage of tbss_2_reg. I am using tbss_2_reg -n and therefore allowing fsl to find the most representative subject from the group of subjects as its target. So my question is, if there was any way for me to know (from the log files or otherwise) which of the subjects FA image was selected as the target FA image for non linear registration.
