Hello,

Is there a way to realign a time-series of phase images using the the mat files
saved from transformation of the corresponding magnitude images? (I've
realigned the magnitude images with mcflirt and saved the mat files, but when
I try to apply them to the phase images using flirt with the -applyxfm option
some of the transformed phase images are blank.)
