Hi, Paul Walk from UKOLN has written an interesting blog post on this topic, at http://blog.paulwalk.net/2010/01/06/an-agile-approach-to-the-development-of-dublin-core-application-profiles/ In it I think he says that the only fully fledged DCAP written so far is the Scholarly Works Application profile (SWAP). Can that be so?
