Hi all
The Planning Inspectorate is consulting on a long
list of model planning conditions including contaminated land. http://www.planning-inspectorate.gov.uk/pins/appeals/model_conditions_consultation.html
You’ll see a shortened version of the existing
5 standard conditions for smaller developments, any comments on this? They seem
to have missed off Verification.
Please distribute to your cluster groups.
Consultation ends 12 March 2010.
Kind regards
Ciara
