Book now for heidi equality training Places available on practical training sessions for equality and diversity practitioners heidi equality is a new online tool that allows users to easily access relevant higher education equality data, covering both staff and students, in a useful and targeted format. ECU and HESA have developed a new one-day training session to introduce equality practitioners and others using equality data to heidi equality, and places are available at the following sessions: * 20 January, Cheltenham * 3 February, Leeds * 8 February, London As well as giving an overview of the data available within the heidi system, these practical sessions offer a hands-on chance to learn how to generate reports and graphs to analyse and compare the equality performance of individual higher education institutions. The interactive programme means that delegates will be ready to start working with heidi equality as soon as they get back to their own institution. The training will be useful for equality and diversity practitioners and others who use equality data - for example, HR practitioners or internal data analysts.
