Hello, I have not tried this before and still learning SPM. I was wondering if someone could suggest a method to take a group level contrast and use it as a mask to only see the contributing activation from the individual subject? The reasoning is that I would like to then use this information to create an effective ROI for the subject for some DTI analysis. Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.
