Dear all,

My name is Zeni Koutsi, a newly appointed research midwife at Epsom and St
Helier, in Surrey.
Our team's research focus is obesity (quite a hot topic at present, as I
am sure you all know better than me) and prevention of adverse maternal and
neonatal outcomes in that specific group. I would like to ask for your
assistance. We have sat up a weight management clinic, where we try to support
pregnant women with BMI >35, according to the new RCOG guidelines, but also
will try to offer valuable midwifery input. I was wondering if any of you
are involved in anything similar (or know midwives who are) and if you
could provide me with any material re a patient's info leaflet, which explains
in a simple way the rational behind this type of a clinic.

Thank you in advance

Zeni Koutsi RM, MSc
Research midwife/ Obstetric Medicine Midwife
