Subject: Dissertation - Medieval childhood

Dear all,

I am undertaking my undergraduate dissertation this year and JISCmail
was
recommended by my dissertation module convenor as a source of possible
ideas
and help - so, I was wondering if anyone here has an interest in
medieval
childhood and the perception of childhood in the medieval era? I am
planning
on demonstrating with both historical and archaeological sources that
views
expressed such as those from Phillipe Aries are not as acceptable as
perhaps
more recent works from Barbara Hannawalt and Nicholas Orme.

Any ideas and suggestions are welcome!

Yours,

Amy Woodcock.
