The successful candidate will play a key role in the roll out and ongoing provision of Library Services to distance learning students as well as other remote users such as staff based at overseas sites. The post holder will work closely with the Information Services Librarian on the design and delivery of the information skills teaching programme and will provide day to day supervision and support for the document delivery service.
Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high level of IT literacy. The ability to demonstrate initiative and work as part of a small team is essential.
Salary will be on the Professional Support Grade 5 scale in the range £30,639 - £35,194 inclusive per annum, plus generous holiday allowance, interest free season ticket loan and sports and social facilities.
