GIS Officer - South West - £Neg - Contract to Perm My client is currently seeking a GIS Officer to continue working on an on going project in there Asset Management Team. Your main purpose in this role will be to implement, develop, support, analyse and promote the use of my clients GIS. The ideal candidate for this role will need to meet the following criteria; educated in GIS at Degree level; a thorough understanding of GIS theory and practice; experience of IT deployment, particularly GIS and Microsoft. Of course you also must be an effective communicator as you will be expected to liaise with different departments. This role is a contract role that will end up as a permanent post.
