This is what I did:

 

1) loaded the dcm2niigui

2) Selected DICOM to nifti from the file menu. There is no option for par/rec. However, it was able to select the par/rec file

3) Selected FSL 4D nifti as the output format

 

I got 4 output files after several errors that appeared in the window. I opened the output in fslview and I could only see a series of lines

in each one.

 

I would appreciate any guidance regarding this.

Does it fail to output files, or just throw some errors?  I think it has worked for me with v4.2 par/recs.  I would select either FSL 4D NIFTI or any other NFITI option that works for you.

tried dcm2nii, but it didn't accept my v4.2 par/recs
