I would ask Chris Rorden about it on the

This is what I did:
1) loaded the dcm2niigui
2) Selected DICOM to nifti from the file menu. There is no option for
par/rec. However, it was able to select the par/rec file
3) Selected FSL 4D nifti as the output format
I got 4 output files after several errors that appeared in the window.
I opened the output in fslview and I could only see a series of lines
in each one.
I would appreciate any guidance regarding this.
Thanks,,

Does it fail to output files, or just throw some errors? I
think it has worked for me with v4.2 par/recs. I would select either FSL
4D NIFTI or any other NFITI option that works for you.
Peace,
Matt.

it didn't accept my v4.2 par/recs

Thanks Matt,
Am not really familiar
with using dcm2nii.. I currently have it on my mac and when it runs I have
window where I can choose
the output format
(FSL 4D nifti nii being one of them). I would appreciate any commands or use of
gui instructions to convert PAR-REC
to nifti.
Mark, I played
around with the intensity on FSLview, but there was now brain to see..
Thanks,

Use dcm2nii or dcm2niigui as distributed with MRIcron. It
works great for me for PAR/RECs.

Matt.

What kind of format are the images in, and from what kind of
