hi, I'm new to both linux and fsl. I've installed ubuntu and got fsl from package manager. But, my accessories menu was filled with many items (about 20) of fsl. And my second problem is that, although I can run fsl, fslview from command line, mcflirt always gives the error: command not found. thanks. koray ciftci
