Dear All, I am assisting a solicitor who has a client from Afghanistan. The client has a strong asylum claim however deportation to Afghanistan was recently attempted and we are very concerned deportation will be attempted again soon. We are seeking information on what has happened to failed asylum seekers who have been returned to Afghanistan. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
