Hi All, A quick update on some new features rolled out on TRIP (www.tripdatabase.com ): *Search history* - a much requested features that allows the easy creation of combination searches *Related articles* - Under each search result is a 'Related' link that works in a similar way to PubMed's related articles. Basically, you find an article you like and pressing 'Related' returns results that are semantically similar. *Labs* (http://www.tripdatabase.com/labs) - Two features in this: 1) Search wizard (http://www.tripdatabase.com/search/wizard) - a contingency search based on the PICO model. 2) Related articles (http://www.tripdatabase.com/search/related) - using the same technology as the related articles mentioned above. However, this allows you to add any text you like and it'll find semantically close articles contained in TRIP, a few suggested uses from our testers: - Ask free-text questions - Add a section from a news article to find related evidence - Writing an article and need to find citations to support a passage, paste the passage and find suitable articles - Find evidence to support PUNs and DENs As ever, I'd love to hear feedback.
