We are currently seeking a Contract Statistician to join a Blue-chip Pharmaceutical company based in the South East, commutable from the M4 Corridor. Rate: At least £40/hour Duration: 9 months Start Date: March 2010 Brief Summary of role: - Statistician Reporting and Analysis Plans - Protocol design, sample size calculation and protocol development. - Statistical Programming - Statistical input for clinical pharmacology studies Minimum Requirements: - MSc (or equivalent) in Statistics or a closely related discipline with related experience. - Broad knowledge of statistical methodology and software packages, including SAS and Unix, as well as graphics. - Previous experience working as a Biostatistician in a Pharmaceutical company or a CRO.
