Westminster based think tank, ILC-UK need a Policy Analyst with proven written skills to join their small research and policy team. This new and highly influential post will help ILC-UK understand the policy and economic impact of longevity in an ageing society. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake statistical and economic analysis. An advantage would be to have a good understanding of policy issues relevant to longevity and forecasting the future eg pension reform and provision of social care.

The International Longevity Centre-UK is an independent, non-partisan think-tank dedicated to addressing issues of longevity, ageing and population change. We develop ideas, undertake research and create a forum for debate.

Apply with CV and covering letter to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Deadline 12pm, Tuesday 5th January 2010. Interviews will take place on Monday 11 January. Candidates selected for interview will be asked to produce a short (under 600 words) piece of written work.
