I have been asked to put forward proposals for ways in which we could consult/involve external organisations to help inform our SES and Action plan.  I have heard that sending a survey out is not very effective with external organisations, but I would be happy to hear otherwise.  Current ideas include a comments form for visitors, consultation through University Users Groups and circulating a brief summary of the scheme and actions for comment.

 

I would be grateful if you would mind sharing with me any ideas that have proven successful, or unsuccessful! in your organisation, together with any ideas that you may think would work but haven't as yet been tested.
