We have a child protection specialist who is interested in setting up POCT for drugs of abuse in pregnant women. We are looking into whether it is feasible to set this up and are interested to know if other hospitals run POCT for drugs? If so would you mind sharing which kits you use and how you go about it? For example, whether positive results are referred for a full drugs screen and whether urine or salivary samples are used?

Many thanks,
