Dear Colleagues, At the upcoming "European Space Weather Week 6" a "SWWT plenary" has been scheduled for Thursday, 19 November 2009, 14:00-16:00. This SWWT plenary meeting will be an opportunity to review the status of space weather project proposals for the 3rd Space Call of the EU Framework 7 and exchange ideas on how to optimise proposals in the short time left before the Call deadline. The meeting will also explore selected visions for the future role of the SWWT, both from a short- and long-term perspective, using input that will be solicited from the community ahead of the meeting. Therefore we invite you to send us your input during the next week regarding what you would like to see as the future role of the SWWT [ please send the information to both [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask] ]. It is important that the community continues to be actively involved in contributing to and defining the role of the SWWT, especially now that European space weather activities are developing strongly via a variety of bodies including ESA and the EU. Additionally, if you have any specific SWWT related item that you would like discussed during the SWWT plenary let us know. Please indicate if you agree to have your name mentioned in regard to any information that you would like us to present. Looking forward to seeing many of you in Brugge. Best regards, Norma B.
