Dear SPM-experts!<br><br>I have a couple of regions for which I created a binary mask using the WFU pickatlas (img/hdr &amp; mat files). I would like to get the coordinates of all non-zero voxels from those files using the matlab command line or a matlab script. How could I do that?<br>
