Hi, all spm experts. I'm using spm8 and I whished to know whether someone could give me advices about how can I pre-processed my data. Actually, it's a single case report and I have to deal with two big lesions. I used MRIcron to create a mask of lesions but I can't add the .Nii mask files on SPM during the segmentation. It seems that it is a display incompatibility. If someone is using SPM8 with lesions brain, thanks for your help Cheers Nicolas Burra
