My question is about masks, i have been working with masks of my anatomical MRI data, and i'm going to make some group analysis on SPM, so should i use just the masks of my controls to make an AVG mask of my population, or should i put all the masks of all my subjects (controls & study)? that's because i want that the AVGmask match with the anatomy of my population, every single mask was made on it's corresponding single subject.
