Extreme Dining
 
Join us for a four course journey in extreme dining with live 
demonstrations. Find out how extreme pressures and temperatures can be 
used to enhance your dinning experience. Can you make diamonds out of 
peanuts? How can we remove caffeine from coffee? Can we make hot ice 
cream? Come along and find out what happens when you use extreme 
conditions in and out of the kitchen.
