severalls hospital in colchester had a whole network of underground tunnels that used to run underneath it.
although now in a severe state of disrepair, some parts of the buildings and grounds are still there.

there are also various parts of the underground in london that have been forgotten about over the years. 
namely some of the deep level shelters.

i seem to recall that their is a service tunnel that runs alongside the northern line at embankment under the thames as well
