Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Stress Policy

Dear Colleagues

Is there anyone out there who works for an organisation who has no
stress policy and whose managers are unfamiliar with the stress risk
assessment and Hse Management standards?

What would you do when faced with staff off with stress and no company
policy?

Any advice relating to any aspects of this topic would be appreciated
