2nd UK Paediatric Neuropsychology Symposium: Rehabilitation &
Educational Support
This symposium will provide a contemporary account of rehabilitation
programmes, specific interventions and educational support for children
with cognitive, behavioural and emotional difficulties following
neurological injury or neurodevelopmental disorder. A host of leading
international speakers will participate in this unique symposium in order
to consider how professionals may best support children and their
families following neurological injury and what opportunities there may
be to exploit brain plasticity in promoting positive learning, behaviour
and socio-emotional development. Social Events include a Gala Diner at
Quaglino’s Restaurant, Mayfair.

Abstracts for posters are invited on any study or aspect of work relating
to paediatric neuropsychology, rehabilitation or educational support for
children with neurological impairment. Each author may submit any number
of abstracts. A select number of posters will be selected for an
additional 5 minute oral presentation.
Abstract Submission Deadline: 13 November 2009.
Decisions reached by 11 December 2009.
Abstracts will be published in Developmental Medicine and Child
Neurology.
Early bird booking fee available until 22 December 2009 including
Gala Dinner at Quaglino’s Restaurant, Mayfair. A Limited number of
