Dear All,

I am studing some geological aspects of the Araripe Basin in Northeast
Brazil in my MSc dissertation.
During the field mapping I noticed the presence of swarm of gypsum veins
placed on carbonatic rocks. In most of them I observed gypsum fibers
perpendicular to the veins walls, but in several places there are some with
fibers parallel to the wall rocks. I am looking for papers and references
that could help me to understand these situations, especcially the case of
parallel fiber veins, that seems to me, to be not very usual.
I appreciate if someone could help me.

Thanks in advance.
