including lunch and refreshments. At this practical, intensive workshop you will learn how
to write the
perfect press release, how to get your
story straight, how
to approach editors, and how to identify your
target press audience.

3rd December 2009 from 10.30am to 4.30pm at the Science Museum,
London, costing £165 including lunch and
refreshments. This intensive course will help you bring your writing to life, covering top tips that can
quickly make your
text more accessible, appealing and effective at
getting your message across. The day includes a tour of the Science Museum's latest displays.
Developed and delivered by
journalist Dea Birkett and museum professional Rebecca Mileham, these
workshops are open to everyone working in the museums, heritage and
leisure sector.
