Hi - it's not a command-line option but is easily changeable if you're willing to recompile.

cd $FSLDIR/src/randomise

edit randomise.cc and change CLUST_CON from 26 to 18 or 6

make randomise

and then run the binary created in that source directory.

Cheers.

Hello,
Is there any way (perhaps a hidden flag?) to control the definition of
connectivity for cluster-based thresholding (-c option) in randomise?

In particular, it appears that above threshold voxels touching at any
vertex are considered part of the same cluster.  Is it possible to
require that voxels have a common face touching in order to be
considered part of the same cluster?

(The reason I ask is that I'm trying to relate the 'randomise'
permutation distribution to the output of some local software that
requires face connectivity for voxels to be considered part of the same
cluster).

thanks,
Mike H.
