Hi! I've a question about FSL. I did a postprocessing with z=2.3 and another with z=3.1. I want to examine that which clusters of z=2.3 map contain some voxels which are active in z=3.1 map as well. I would like to do a new map only from these clusters. Are there any commands in FSL package to solve my problem? Cheers, Gabor
