Dear Support, FLAME1+2 higher level analysis failed to provide sane output multiple times after processing data from 5 healthy subjects (preprocessed by FEAT). Analysis was not interupted and finished properly. However, log file shows multiple lines containing "ndtri domain error" and also warnings "The passed in varcope file, tmpvarcope0009, contains voxels inside the mask with zero (or negative) values. These voxels will be excluded from the analysis." and "FLAME stage 2 has given an abnormally large difference to stage 1". Also the rendered output images show multiple areas with infinite Z-MAX (represented by yellow areas with sharp edges). The output of fslerrorreport is included. The whole gfeat folder can be accessed via http://fmri.upol.cz/higherlevel Attempts to rerun the analysis with either identical or different design (FLAME1, Simple OLS) failed with the same result. The only successful way to obtain relevant data was Fixed Effects analysis (although this is not suitable for our study). I would appreciate any advice you could provide, for this issue is considerably slowing down progress of my study.
