in that case,
you can use the default mode of randomise for the TFCE for TBSS, i.e., --T2
which identical to setting H=2; E=1; C=26
(please see the randomise help for more)

thanks for the quick response.
i read the paper you mentioned (or at least tried to) but still can't figure out
what are the recomended H and E values for my data.
can you please simplify things for me and tell me the recommended values for
TBSS?
