Dear Mike,

We do not use GPL so that the University can license the
software to commercial bodies, particular pharmaceutical
companies. We are thankful that the University, who owns all of
our IP, is willing to make the software freely available to all non-
commercial bodies under the special license.

FSLView is different as it does not include the academic analysis
techniques and uses a quite different set of libraries.
