You could try John Purcell Paper in London.  They have an extensive range of paper all listed on their website, they can mail samples, and they can deliver overnight with TNT.  http://www.johnpurcell.net.  If you are near London it is worth going to the warehouse in Stockwell - paper heaven!

Hello,
 I am new to the UK and am looking for a good paper supplier. Specifically
rolls of drawing paper 150 cm wide 50 meters in length. Any suggestions?
