Thanks for the idea. The Nigerian Embassy is a possibility but I don't think they are prepared to stop cooperating with such removals. Along with a number of other countries, such as the Democratic Republic of Congo et al, the UK Government has quite a cosy relationship with some fairly unsavoury states and arranges removals on a regular basis. Still, I will try it. Incidentally, whilst I am writing on this list about this again, apologies for any confusion caused by my reference to Vincent's planned forcible removal from the UK on 11 November. The deportation is in fact planned for 11 December not of course 11 November! Aside from this typo, the remainder of my last message is correct, to the best of my knowledge.
