Are they enrolled on both courses as an instructor. Even using System Admin rights you must be enrolled as an instructor on the course you are copying the content into. Hi anyone else got this - we set up our course builder and instructor roles - to be able to see and use Packages and Utilities, including course copy. Using the course organisation tab. All OK, but when they try to use copy course - they get "access denied". Any ideas?
