This is sounding very positive. I don't know about anyone else but I'm more than happy to attend a 'UK Administrators' Workshop' and share all the things I've learned (through making many mistakes over the years!) As one might imagine, he is pretty busy travelling everywhere but can be booked by institutions to deliver system admin training in situ. I would expect this not to be cheap (I don't think any training is cheap!) but it might be worth interested institutions contacting blackboard for details and costs? On their annual conferences they do run pre- conference workshops which are half day or full day courses on various aspects of Blackboard. You can do online courses but I've looked into them and even they work out very expensive as you have to pay for each individual unit and I'm not sure what you get for your money.
