Dear WebPA users,

I have set up webpa for our faculty but I have encountered a problem in creating an assessment.

When the user wants to create an assessment, they can go through all stages but at the end nothing is created.

I cannot check in the mySQL database the details as the assessment database is disabled for viewing.

I thought I should check with you in case you have encountered a similar problem and how you solved it.
