Dear Gonzalo,
There is a utility called Image Calculator. In the easiest case, you do "i1-i2" and that's it.
However, that's unlikely to be what you want, because you're unlikely to have fully quantified FDG parametric maps, hence you'll need to account for global differences etc. - and then you'll quickly be back to the SISCOM literature and Woo-Suk's suggestions.
It can all be done in SPM, though - computing globals, scaling, subtracting, thresholding... mainly with the Image Calculator.
