Hi Lorelei,

thanks for you answer.
I tried what you suggested, but could not solve my issue unfortunately. Basically, what we are trying to do is to set the origin of crossair to the Anterior Commissure. We do this only after reorienting the volume accordingly to the template orientation; we basically drag the crossair origin to the AC and only after this we hit "reorient". When we re-display the reoriented image, the orientation is mainteined whereas the origin of the crossair is automatically re-set to the original coordinates. I tried to hit the gray thin bar above where we set the coordinates, but that only resets the origin to the original coordinates.

Did you ever experience this problem?
Any advice would be very welcome.

Thanks a lot,
Elisa

Hi,

I have been trying to set the crosshair position to the AC after reorienting my volume in spm8. Whereas the orientation is saved successfully when I hit "reorient volume", it seems that the crosshair coordinates for the origin does not get saved correctly.
I was wondering if you could suggest me how to proceed in order to verify that the AC coordinate where saved properly as the new origin of the coordinate system.

Thanks a lot,
Elisa
