i'm working with subcortical structures, and i have segmented my own, and i do like to work with them on SPM, i have two groups (controls Vs study) my question is:
do i need to average all the masks of the control group to get the template mask, or should i average all mask of both groups?
wich is the best way to get a group mask for statistics?
