Dear all, I have the following problem of understanding: Lets say i have two groups. Group 1 = impulsive; Group 2 = Non impulsive. Now i contrast 1 -1 to see activity changes for group 1 versus group 2. Lets say we see now significant activity changes in the caudate body. My question is now: how can i correlate/linear regress the activity in the caudate body with an extern scale of impulsivity (lets assume activity increase with an increase on the impulisivty scale)? If i implement this as a covariate isnt this defined as effect of no interest and i destroy my results of "interest". Or how works the definition of an "user specific" ordinate within the option fitted response? Again, thank you very much for your help! Best Marco
