Hello,

In SPM there is an option to segment a high resolution structural scan of the subject while simultaneously estimating the bias field in the image. There is also another option to normalize both the structural and the epi scans to an atlas space.

I wanted to know if during this normalize and reslice of the epi scans if correction for the bias field is applied ? Also, in general, would the bias field be stationary over the duration of the study ?
