Hi, I was wondering how I deal with missing data in my cell arrays for event onsets/durations (for post-hoc determining of events). Setting these to NaN produces a design matrix like the one attached. Can this be correct? If so, how would I define contrasts if there is missing data in some but not all runs? Thanks for any help.
