If you have not received the list, but would like to attend, could you please let me know as soon as possible, as the way the day is organised will be influenced by the number of those present. I also need to arrange such practicalities as ensuring the right amount of food and refreshments is ordered for the day! If you are thinking of coming, but cannot yet confirm, I would appreciate at least a provisional booking at this stage. I also have received many emails from those of you who are unable to 'be there on the day', but who want to be kept informed about where things go from here.
