This conference is co-financed by the European Commission's Jean Monnet Programme and will be organised jointly by the Centre for European Integration at ESSCA Graduate School of Management in Angers, the European Law Journal and CERIC (Centre d'Etudes et du Recherches Internationales et Communautaires de l'Université Paul Cézanne- Aix-Marseille III), in partnership with Humboldt University in Berlin. Building on the success of the seven previous WISH workshops, the 8th edition will focus on the theme The Visible Hand' European and Global Perspectives on Financial Market Regulation and Economic Governance. The WISH workshop is especially aimed at young scholars from Europe and Asia (incl. advanced doctoral students), offering them an opportunity to present their best research work in a professional academic setting to an audience of other young researchers and more senior academics. Papers can be presented in both English and French. The best papers will be published either in the form of an article in a special issue of the European Law Journal or in a bilingual edited volume (Bruylant, Brussels) destined for an international readership.
