	Dear Occupational Health Professional,
	
	I am writing to invite your organization to take part in a major
new study on health at work. The "Well-Being at Work in Context" study
looks at how the organizational context can impact on the quality of
working life, and ultimately, work-related health and well-being. One of
the largest in this area, the study is funded by the Economic and Social
Research Council, and is in line with major developments and investment
by the government and national research bodies on this topic.
	
	Data will be collected via an online survey, sent to all
employees in your organization. We will provide tailored feedback to
participating organizations relating to a number of key factors such as
performance, well-being, and absenteeism. At the end of the project,
organizations will also be able to use the questionnaire instruments
that will be developed in this study. The researchers will also develop
guidelines for the management of health and well-being at work.
